A double-blind, placebo-controlled and randomised trial based on Self-Perception and on Questionnaires on 120 volunteers drinking GOLD COLLAGEN® for 3 months showed:

How to Take
Recommended daily dose: drink 1 bottle per day for 3 weeks to stimulate skin hydration, 6 weeks for skin smoothness, 9 weeks for skin firmness. A regular intake is recommended. Shake well before use.
